In these uncertain times we understand your concerns about refunds, and accordingly, we have tried to make our cancellation policy as fair as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If Covid restrictions are enforced you will receive a 12 month credit for your booking to use at a later date, which is also transferable.
If you fail to show up once access instructions have been forwarded there is no refund.
If you have a family emergency we can offer you a 12 month credit for your booking.

If you request a refund for no reason either before or after your access instructions have been sent and do not wish to use your credit for your booking – there is a $25 cancellation fee for administration services.  This fee is also printed on your booking.
